Your new home purchase is secure so donąt worry just a simple 10% deposit on exchange of the contracts and the
remaining balance is paid in agreed amounts.

and the structural designs and are in accordance with stringent anti-seismic

Payment schedule
- 2%-Downpayment.
- 8%-Upon issuing the building permit.
- 20%-Upon commencement of building
works (Excavations, Cement Frames).
- 25%-Upon completion of Cement
Frames & commencement of Brick/ Plaster works
- 15%-Upon completion of plaster
works.
- 15%-Upon completion of tiling.
- 15%-Upon house completion
Not Included:
- Legal
expenses for the transfer of the ownership of the property (approx. 8% of the
property price).
- Electrical appliances
- Light fittings

the best possible after sales service.
